I work directly with retailers, who have given me the opportunity to bring these magnificent sculptures to you at remarkable prices. Throughout my years, I have established myself as trustworthy, reliable and very active within the LLadró community and beyond. I travel all over the country helping others add to and sell their collections to and from my large database of LLadró collectors. 1. Do you accept returns?

* Yes, all returns must be within the first 30 days of delivery. If there are any issues due to shipping, please let us know within 48 hours so that we can resolve the issue promptly.

2. How long does shipping and processing take?

* Processing usually takes 3-5 days, shipping estimates are 1-3 weeks on new items coming directly from Lladro, depending on delivery address. Pre-owned items domestically are shipped priority mail USPS or ground UPS and can be shipped internationally too. **All new items coming directly from LLadro are covered with the Lladro Assurance Program**
