I cannot sing the praises enough for Benjamin and this site. He is more than helpful and generous in his insite and knowledge. I have received porcelain items from many sellers, however, most times it’s a struggle and nerve racking to try to unwrap packages wrapped in clear bubble wrap and tones of clear packing tape. Many times I was concerned I would break the treasures within trying to get them out of the wrapping. Benjamin has it down to a science. His wrapping skills should be taught on every selling site. He uses what is necessary to protect these wonderful pieces, but only what is necessary, and therefore his packages are a joy to open. Like Christmas in August! Benjamin has shown me just how far kindness can go. He is a pleasure to work with and a true gentleman. And everything he has sent me has been flawless. The Lladro Caprichos items are works of art in delicate lace miniature. I don’t know how he does it but Benjamin manages to obtain Caprichos in like new mint perfect condition! Lladro ceased manufacture due to their high likelihood of breakage and easily damaged. Finding pieces completely intact is rare and a testimony to Benjamin’s skill is that he’s still able to acquire some. Awesome seller who communicates quickly and delivers exactly as promised.
